The result is an interactive seminar designed for those who are interested in having a Conscious Conversation, or simply want to acquire tools for becoming a more productive and positive effective communicator. According to the "McGriff" communications model, a Conscious Conversation is an informed, reasoned, and progressive approach to Effective Communication. This approach promotes skill enhancement in the areas of Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Resolution, and Critical Thinking. Such skills are essential for navigating and negotiating one's place in an increasingly global society. Alphonso presently has a DVD available for sale which covers in detail, the "Ground Rules" associated with the McGriff Approach to Effective Communication.
