How long have you been saved?

I have been saved for 7 years now. I received salvation in the summer of 2001 according to the word in Romans 10: 9-10 "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation". The rest is history!!!

What ministries are you involved with at your church?

I serve as the Vice President of our Home Mission Ministry, the Secretary of our Pastor's Aid Ministry, and the Secretary of our Trustee Ministry. I am currently the teacher of our New Members Class as well.

How do you spend your time when you're not on the air?

Well.... I am heavily involved in my church as well as in our community. I have a passion for people and the assignment that God had given me. God instructs us in Matthew 28 19-20 to go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. For that reason, I am currently attending Bible College in order to obtain in-depth knowledge of the Word of God. So when I am not on the air I am either at my place of employment, working within our community, in class, in church receiving the Word of God, teaching, studying, or spending time with my loved ones.

What's the best part about being on air?

It is a privilege and an honor to come before you as an on-air personality. I am an empty vessel that God has filled with his spirit. Without God I can not do anything! Therefore, the best part of being on air is God is glorified!! The word of God instructs us in Matthew 5:16 to let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. With that said, TO GOD BE THE GLORY FOR THE THINGS HE HAS DONE!!!

What about your all-time favorite movie?

This is an extremely hard one for me! I love classic and romance movies. If I had to choose one....I choose Hitch as my all-time favorite movie. In this sophisticated romantic comedy, Will Smith stars as Alex "Hitch" Hitchens, a legendary New York City "date doctor" who, for a fee matched men with the women of their dreams. The ultimate professional bachelor, Hitch, discovers that all of his tried and true tricks of the trade are no match for Sara (Eva Mendes), the one woman he truly loves. True romance!!!

Do you have a personal scripture that you live by?

Romans 12:1-2 "I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."

Is there anything else you may have in common with your listeners?

I have everything in common with my listeners!! We are all in pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
