Billy began his musical journey in the late 80′s early 90′s as the frontman of The Tangents, a garage-turned-pop/rock band based in New Haven. After the break up of The Tangents in “93 he formed Purge, a dark and heavy alt/rock group which later morphed into Agony and then Torque.
