Pilates is an all over body workout that focuses on strengthening the "powerhouse" muscles of the body: abdominals, lower back, hips, and buttocks. It improves flexibility, strength, and posture. This class will be taught be certified instructor Michele Ricciardi. Fee is $20. Please bring an exercise mat to class.
