Become part of the American Cancer Society’s Cancer Prevention Study-3 (CPS-3), and you can make this possible by completing periodic surveys about your health, lifestyle habits, and family history. Your involvement will help American Cancer Society researchers better understand the genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors that cause or prevent cancer, which will ultimately save lives. After an initial enrollment appointment, you will be mailed surveys to complete at home throughout the long-term commitment of the study. Call 1-800-227-2345 for more information.
