North Shore PAL roller hockey is an outdoor two seasons (Spring & Fall) In-line Roller Hockey League for skaters of all abilities. Our youngest/least experienced participants join our SMURF program. This is a learn to skate program designed to build skating skills and begin to learn hockey basics. Once a player is capable of participating in game play, they then play on one of our league teams based on age. All players are evaluated and teams are balanced and drafted based on ability.
