In a salute to Black History Month, H.E.Z.B.A. seeks to provide minority business owners with an opportunity to spake directly to and network with public officials and their peers. Encouraged to asttend are those who operate businesses in Hartford, Briedgeport, New Haven, Waterbury and Springfield, MA.
