Carroll E. Brown's 27th Annual Scholarship & Community Awards Dinner will be held at Fantasia's Banquet Facility, Saturday, Feb. 23rd at 4pm. Come out and enjoy a friendly evening with friends of WHBC and support the organization, the honorees and many of those who have earned the right to be recognized for the many good deeds they do and continue to do fore the community and our youths.
