Chase away the winter blahs at Port Washington's SOUPer BOWL! Everyone is invited to buy a spoon and become a taster. Each Spoon recipient will receive a ballot to judge the soup at each station. The SOUPer BOWL winner will receive the People’s Choice Award. $7 for adults
