Captain Training
CAPTAIN is NEON's Client Tracking Software. Tracking clients Demographic information, goals and outcomes is a requirement of the Department of Social Services. Several Dates for training have been booked. Please note that each training class is open to six (6) individuals at a time. When you attend the training, please bring with you one (1) client file, as the intake information in the file will be entered into CAPTAIN as live data. There is NO training module for CAPTAIN so any information that is entered must be REAL client data. Please take a moment to register yourself or your staff for CAPTAIN Training.
