Cover cakes like a pro! In our level I course you will get to learn to cover and decorate your own fondant cake. From rolling out the fondant to getting the perfect edges to the tips & tricks to perfect finishing touches, you will experience it all.We will demonstrate techniques needed to cover and decorate an eight inch fondant layer cake. Each participant will then have access to all the tools necessary to recreate this cake. Given the small class size there will be a wealth of opportunity to ask questions and hands-on assistance. Just bring yourself and a positive attitude. Let's have some fun - after all, it's just cake! All the tools and supplies you need will be provided for use in the class.
At the end of this class, you will be taking home your very own, very tasty, personally decorated cake for your friends & family to oooh and aaah over (and eat too)!Participants must be at least 11 years old. All participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult. The course lasts approximately 2 hours.
