Come join us for the 13th Annual Town of Huntingtion's Tulip Festival.
There will be Children's Activity Booths; The Heckscher Museum of Art will be leading tours throughout the day. Enjoy the Museum's current exhibitions Car Culture: Art and the Automobile and much more. There will also be Refreshment Booths, operated by local vendors. And of course Tulips! Sold by The Flower Petaler. Come and join us over at the Chapin Rainbow Stage Performance: "Wonders of Spring" - join performing duo Connie Gillies & Alice Weiser for their fun-filled show! Up next on the Chapin Rainbow Stage Performance: "African Dance and Drum Troupe" - this exciting Troupe from Senegal combines African drumming, dancing, acrobatics, stilt-walking, breathtaking costumes, and innovative choreography. Afterwards come see the Historic Children's Parade: African Dance Troupe will lead our re-enactment of the annual children's parade that followed the 1920 dedication of Heckscher Park. Parents must accompany their children. Then it's back to the Chapin Stage for "Animal Tales" - Felix Pitre, Latin American singer-storyteller-musician extraordinaire, presents a collection of wonderful animal stories and songs.
