Leading fearlessly from the middle, Generation X is making its mark on the modern creative economy and beyond: by championing innovation, mediating change, and translating cultural norms between generations in today’s workplaces. Gen X leaders bridge the varied, and often conflicting, attitudes, ideals, and expectations of the multi-generational organization. In this session, we’ll identify best practices of Gen X leadership, look at examples of change-in-action, and describe the unique skills and strengths of this influential generation. All generations are invited to share stories and experiences as part of this lively discussion!
