Called a hard-boiled poet by NPR's Maureen Corrigan and the "noir poet laureate" in the Huffington Post, Reed Farrel Coleman has published fourteen novels, including two stand-alones and three series. He is a three-time recipient of the Shamus Award for Best Detective Novel of the Year and a two-time Edgar Award nominee, as well as a recipient of the Macavity, Barry, and Anthony Awards. His latest novel GUN CHURCH features Kip Weiler, a former '80s literary wunderkind who teaches creative writing at a rural community college. When Kip prevents his class from being slaughtered by a gun-toting student, he starts to write again, not realizing that the novel he's working on may well be the blueprint of his own demise.
"If this is church, I might start going. Sign me up as a parishioner."- Don Winslow, New York Times best-selling author of SAVAGES
