Following a natural disaster, conditions are ripe for violence as basic needs often become unfulfilled.  Food  may be unavailable, fresh water sources become tainted, and medical supplies are often in short supply during a time when they are needed the most.  The longer these conditions are present can affect the speed at which general law and order begin to break down.  This often occurs at the same time that first responders are arriving on scene, creating a tenuous and dangerous situation for responders seeking to provide aid. This 8-hour seminar is focused on providing these responders with the ability to identify violent individuals before they become an active threat.  The course focuses on learning to read the uncontrollable elements of human behavior and how that can empower responders to separate to identify a person with violent intentions.    Open Registrants 150.00 Team Rubicon 0.00 Berkeley College 0.00
