Mary McCaslin represents an unbroken link between traditional folksingers and today's "new folk" singer-songwriters. Caroline Doctorow pays homage to Mary McCaslin in her latest release, I Carry All I Own, with her version of ten of Mary's songs, joining Caroline's earlier recording of songs by Richard and Mimi Farina. Pete Kennedy, producer of I Carry All I Own, will accompany Caroline at this Cafe show.
